Karl Renz: It’s being lived by Life. Or whatever call it.
Question: Yeah, but that can be intense.
Karl Renz: Can be intense.
Question: But That is indifferent to intensity too?
Karl Renz: But again, you could be in hell and the fire is burning, and thing. But what you are is unconcerned. It’s like your coolness is unaffected. So the absolute perception… whatever is perceived, the perceiver is already perceived, and whatever happens to the perceiver, makes that absolute perception not different.
So the eye of God, they call it, is indifferent to what is seeing. So be that eye of God, but don’t know who is looking. Be That what…
Question: But that’s unbearable.
Karl Renz: For me is unbearable. But that’s why it’s like – it kills you. Just by being what you are you kill yourself.
Question: Yeah.
Karl Renz: Yeah. But otherwise there is no other way. You can kill yourself, the imaginary one by being what you are. There is no other way. And it’s an instant killing. Instantly. Like “aha”, bum, gone. Never was there. Aha, bum, final cut.
And only you can do it. Not doing it, but just by being it you cut everything. So no one can give you that. No one can transmit it to you. No one can do it. You have to be what you are. No one else. And don’t doubt anyone else – masters or… It’s really absolute irrelevant. If someone else is enlightened or not enlightened is for what you are absolute… Why to care about it? The only thing what is counting is That what never counts anything. So be That what is counting but cannot be counted.
It’s very easy. But impossible to do. So you cannot not be it. But you cannot become it by anything. And as you cannot become it, you cannot lose it. That’s the beauty of That what one is. One can never lose it and cannot gain it in anything. So it cannot be taken away and cannot be given by anyone. So be the master itself. No one else can be it. So all the masters… forget them all. All the scriptures, everything, they just are milestones, maybe, pointers and hints. But they cannot give you anything.
So be happy.
