Karl Renz: Yes. When you eat – you eat, when you sleep – you sleep, when you make the dishes – make the dishes, when you shit – you shit.
Question: It’s like zen method.
Karl Renz: Yes, like zen 24/7. Being what you cannot not be 24/7, just be quiet. That is the only whatever I can… It’s like an absolute reference point and solitude. Being alone in even the biggest crowd. Just face the solitude 24/7.
Question: Face your solitude…
Karl Renz: Yes. Be alone. In whatever you do or don’t… Get used to be alone again. Because you were alone and now you used to be distracted all the time by something. Normally when you are alone you always try to call someone, television, this one, skype, e-mail, bla-bla-bla. That is nothing wrong with it but even in that you have to be alone. It’s like action without expectation. That is a meditation 24/7. So you do things without expecting something to come out of it. If you ask me. That is the only meditation I know. Like doing without a doer. Because a doer expects something out of doing.
